M&R DS-4000 Digital Squeegee
No pretreatment, no digital white ink, and an 8-12 color design sets up with a few screens. It mounts on the M&R Stryker, Challenger III and Gauntlet III, and prints on cotton, polyester, tri-blends and performance fabrics. The press prints the white underbase; the DS-4000 adds up to 600 x 1200 dpi CMYK on top. Swap the digital art and the same underbase carries a new design.
Photo-real art without the seps
Detailed, full-color designs that would take 8-12 screens set up with a minimal number of screens and no custom ink mixes.
Built into your M&R automatic
Mounts on the Stryker oval and the Challenger III and Gauntlet III, so the press keeps doing what it does best.
