M&R's value-priced Sprint: a modular gas conveyor dryer with the curing consistency Sprint dryers are known for.

Overview

The M&R Sprint EV 2500 is a gas-fired screen printing conveyor dryer. This configuration has a 38" belt, a 10' heat chamber and 48" infeed and outfeed. M&R re-engineered the Sprint line to reach a more competitive price while keeping the core design that has made Sprint dryers an industry standard for over 20 years.

A 3.5" color touchscreen runs the dryer. A fuzzy-logic controller holds the chamber within 1° of target at the thermocouple, and the AccuSet belt controller displays retention time, so cure settings are easy to repeat from job to job. M&R's cool-skin construction keeps the heat inside the chamber, where it belongs.

The burner runs on liquid propane or natural gas. The design is modular: 24" heat expansion modules and 48" conveyor extensions let the dryer grow with the shop, from 8' up to 16' of heat. It is built to keep pace with automatic press production.
