Overview
CCI Eco Strip Ink Degradent Part C is the activator component of the CCI Eco Strip® reclaiming system, engineered to be combined with Eco Strip Part A to create a high-performance 2-in-1 solution that removes both screen printing inks and emulsions in a single reclaiming process. The system is designed for use with plastisol, UV, solvent-based, and water-based inks while remaining safe for all mesh types and reclaim equipment.
When mixed with Part A, Eco Strip Part C creates a stable reclaiming solution that quickly breaks down stubborn ink deposits and stencil emulsions, reducing labor and minimizing the number of chemicals required during screen reclamation. It is ideal for automatic reclaiming machines, recirculating systems, dip tanks, immersion cleaning systems, and manual reclaiming processes.
The Eco Strip system is formulated as a water-soluble, low-VOC cleaning solution that provides excellent cleaning performance while helping reduce environmental impact. The finished solution offers high load capacity for extended bath life, low odor operation, and compatibility with photopolymer emulsions, diazo emulsions, and capillary films.
