Join us at the SPSI Maple Grove, MN Office for a couple hour seminar on best practices for screen printing. Kevin Kauth, Chromaline Technical Sales Rep and Tony Bragg, SPSI Account Manager.

It does not matter if you are just getting into the screen printing business or looking to refresh your screen making skills, this course is for you. The entire screen printing process starts in the screen room and without a quality screen it is impossible to produce a quality finished product.

Kevin Kauth will lead you through all aspects of making a repeatable consistent high quality screen and will discuss some of the common problems printers run into. The second session, Tony Bragg, SPSI Account Representative will focus on an overview of ink technology, screen printing basics, and specialty inks. We also will take you on both a manual press and automatic press to learn some tricks from Tony’s years of experience as a production screen printer.

  • Discussing Common Issues and what causes them discussion 
     
  • The second session Josh will focus on an overview of the inks chemistry so you know what inks to use for the varying processes and textiles. He will go over picking the right white and even demonstration on how to print on polyester.
